'CD TIP - Malou Berg is a versatile and talented girl - actor, artist, singer and composer. Her qualities in the latter two properties are set forth with all the clarity of the four (or maybe five already, I'm not sure) albums she has released. Not least her latest 'Breathe Out'. I don't really know how to characterize Malou's music, but the again, I don't think its particular important to label its context. Her songs are so fabulously pretty, and performed with her amazing voice.

A tribute also to the other participants, especially to the sound engineer and producer Lars Nilsson at Nilento Studios in Kallered, whose distinctive sound is an important and consistent component of Malou's albums.

The idea behind 'Breathe Out' was to make a Christmas album that helps the listener to rediscover the tranquility and peace we all so desperately need. This idea can be considered to be realized - and so much more!'
